Our Goals

Our goal is to further eradicate poverty by construction of needed infrastructure in communities through out the world. In year 2000 the United Nations developed the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). As an organization we measure our impact based on the globally recognized MDGs. The United Nations created the MDGs in order to break down the massive challenge that poverty presents into more specific issues for the world to address. Each community that suffers from poverty tends to have some combination of the problems addressed in the MDGs.

Though erecting buildings is the direct result of our work, the true measurement of our impact is how the community utilizes that facility to address specific needs. We strive to help in the global endeavor of reaching the UN MDGs by providing infrastructure one community at a time, which will be maintained by organizations working in the community long-term:

How our service conforms to the Millennium Development Goals.

Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger – invest in sustainable agriculture, vocational training programs utilizing irrigation and farming infrastructure as well as community centers for workshops on economic development and business, and community factory or other manufacturing facilities for employment and income creation so families can afford to meet basic needs.

Achieve universal primary education – build schools to accommodate all children in the community, support organizations that make schooling free to all families, and ensure students have teachers with a salary guaranteed by organizations serving the community.

Promote gender equality and empower women – all programs and facilities will be built in order to accommodate every individual so that both women and men will have equal access to economic, medical and educational opportunities.

Reduce child mortality, Improve maternal health & Combat HIV/AIDS, Malaria and other diseases – build medical facilities to treat diseases while promoting public awareness and teaching prevention methods, build schools for health education, build wells and sanitary wash rooms for potable water supply and personal hygiene.

Ensure environmental sustainability – spend time in the design phase to utilize more efficient technologies and promote a sustainable living style.

Develop a global partnership for development – bring together the public (donors, medical/construction service teams) communities and NGOs around the world in an effort to increase the quality of living for those in need and build relationships that cross country borders.

Secondary Goals

To bring together communities in an effort to build fellowship.

To train local residents in trades and skills that will allow them to provide for their families and give back to their community

To bring over short term mission teams to work along side local residents and build relationships that span country borders.

Expose individuals and organizations to development issues in impoverished communities and encourage them to support development initiatives.
