Our Service

We seek out established organizations worldwide that have committed to serving impoverished communities. We hope to start a working relationship between the organization and ourselves so we can understand what they need to better serve their surrounding communities. More specifically, to understand what additional infrastructure is needed for the growth of the organization. The services we provide include planning, funding, and construction of schools, medical facilities, orphanages, sanitary facilities, sustainable communities, agricultural infrastructure, offices and recreational facilities. Our objective is to provide all services necessary to make the construction of these facilities a reality.

Each project is different and presents its own challenges. The first step in the process will be to determine the resources available locally; this includes material, labor, and land, as well as researching the methods of construction used in each specific region and determining any site-specific constraints. Some projects may also require a complete project design, in which case a design team will be developed to devise and create all construction documents needed. After these steps have been completed we can then assemble an estimate for the project to determine the funding needed for completion. Using the information compiled from the phases above we provide a portion of the funding (project dependent) and all construction management for the project.

We want to pool the resources available in our own communities at home with the community we want to serve. There will likely be opportunities to pull expertise from construction-based industries for design work, on site project management, consulting, and funding. We also aim to use as much local resources as possible. It is important that the local community has the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of construction.

We want to provide organizations with infrastructure they need without the stress imposed from managing a project both logistically and financially. The construction experience and expertise we bring will allow organizations to focus all their time and resources on the communities they serve. In return, they will be responsible for the maintenance and management of the facilities. They will also be responsible for using the facilities to benefit the community.

By providing a turnkey solution we give organizations the luxury of knowing when the added infrastructure will be at their disposal without added stress from financial and logistical burdens. This ensures organizations have sufficient time to raise money for seamless integration of new projects into their operations.
